Strickland Lab

University of South Alabama

Welcome and thank you for visiting!

I am a new Assistant Professor in Biology at the University of South Alabama and I am currently in the process of setting up my research lab. I am interested in how complex traits evolve and use venom as my model system. I work with snakes, scorpions, spiders, and centipedes and generate genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data to be able to track sequence and expression differences from DNA to RNA to protein.
